Dave Watkins of the Edmonds Windermere office has over 35 years of experience selling more than 2000 homes, and is currently involved in new construction sales, project design, residential land development and land aggregations. His focus is creating new home communities around the Puget sound region, and helping his past buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in North King and South Snohomish Counties.

Dave has aggregated more than 4,500 lots for local and national builders to create new home communities in Bothell, Edmonds, Woodinville, Bellevue and Kirkland. Some of the more successful projects include: Point Edwards (a 300-unit condominium project in Edmonds), Bothell Belmont Crossings, Crown Woods, Westcastle, Sutherland Park, Porters Landing, Mayfield, Sierra Hills, Hawthorne Station, Tallessara, Creekwalk, The Reserve, Palm Creek, Sarasota, and many more coming in 2016-2017. Dave is almost exclusively the raw land aggregator for KLN Development, he has aggregated over 750 lots  in the last 2 years which will soon be new home communities and gives KLN a leading edge in the area for new home subdivisions.

In addition to holding a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional) designation, Dave is a Washington State certified teacher of real estate practices; an Executive Director of Windermere Builder Solutions; a member of the National Association of REALTORS®; and has won numerous awards and designations over the years.
Dave is also involved in his community, helping local non-profit organizations and churches, as well as participating in Windermere’s Community Service Day and various other events and outreaches.
